Cancellation Policy

We offer refunds for cancellation with 72 hours notice minus the Stripe/paypal service fee which is not refunded to the pool operator. Cancellations within 72 hours of your swimming session are not refunded. The pool hire may be terminated on the day if you do not fully comply with the pool rules or if the pool is being used by more swimmers than has been paid for or for a purpose that is not permitted or has been agreed prior.
